My objectives are to ensure that my designs reflect me as I go through the various stages of growing up. I really would want my designs to represent beauty, freshness, and creativity in a multilayered concept. My aim is to start with kids’ fashion and accessorize them, then to move into other fields as I grow older.

Mark Anthony
The first of five children, Mark Anthony Scott was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica and raised by his grandparents in a neighbouring parish, Trelawny.
At an early age it was discovered that Mark had an eye for color, detail, style and fashion. So much so that he used to “dress up” all the time and set the trend for his peers. In High School, he even got a distinction in Clothing and Textile at the highest exam level.
After nine years of experience in the Fashion Industry, further honing of his skills and numerous accolades bestowed upon him for his outfits; Mark Anthony Designs (exclusive custom-made shirts) was born in January 2009.

With over sixteen years of memorable experiences in the fashion industry, the name Francois Designs has not only become a local name here in Guyana, but also the Caribbean and North America.
In school, I always had a keen interest in the field of art and would take meticulous time in preparing anything that was given to me. Whenever it was time for art class, I was always given props for my own personal interpretation of the different techniques of art.

David Rolle
David Rolle is a Bahamian artist who began work on his clothing line “Raphelita” in 2012.
He was an honor student at Parsons School of Design in NYC with works featured in magazines and runways worldwide.

Randy Madray
Randy Madray is a twenty five year old fashion designer who was born in Georgetown Guyana to an East Indian father and mixed race mother. At the age of 15, because if his successes in the arts in school and his evident love for fashion, Randy was proposed by his closest cousin, Javanna, to enter into a fashion designing competition, FACTS, for students. Being the youngest he was quite nervous but emerged the winner of 3 of the five prejudged segments and eventually the over all winner. At this point Randy would have been mentored by Michelle Cole, Natasha Martindale and Trevor Rose in the competition who provided much support. Winning awarded him The Student Designer of the Year 2009 Award.
This year makes ten years since Rand Madray has been designing and to celebrate this, the brand will be launching a new collection at the St. Croix Style and Fashion Week in April and at The Guyana Fashion Showcase in Guyana in May. Randy hopes for yet another productive year and looks forward to one filled with new opportunities and growth. He believes that humility is important but you must know your worth! L’Atelier Raif
The Pearl of West Africa, known as Lome, Togo birthed a human jewel within its port city of palm and coconut trees, cultural tradition and craft. His name is Raif, founder of the beloved and successful Raif Atelier, now L’Atelier Raif. He is the composite of three identities; Togo, his born country, Nigeria, the land of his parents and Paris, France where he apprenticed with some of the worlds best designers.
After nearly two decades Raif set his bold eye to express African culture and identity through an American context. As such, he became a clothing brand in demand by clientele across a breadth of industries: music art and fashion itself.
His clientele has included India Arie, Jill Scott, Angie Stone, Maxi Priest, the late Isaac Hayes, the legendary King Sunny ADE of Nigeria, Luciano, Gayle King, Iyanla Vanzant, Sanaa Lathan, Stephanie Mills, Naughty by Nature’s Treach, and other personalities.

Kejuan’a Ashley Beneby
Kejuan’a Ashley Beneby is a 28-year-old Bahamian born model, artist and designer. Making a break into the fashion industry in the Bahamas at the age of 19 as a model. Kejuan’a is self taught and in 2014 she decided to take this new-found passion for creativity, to the next level. She made her debut and released her first collection as an emerging fashion designer, the finale piece from the debut Monarchy collection was featured on Vogue Italia online.
Through her career in Fashion Kejuan’a has transitioned through various roles from back stage coordinator for fashion shows, to styling high Fashion editorials for the Caribbean magazine Profiles 98. Kejuan’a describes her design aesthetic as comfortably stylish, creating designs fit for the Caribbean island life. She continues to strive to push her brand onto the international scene. Quinton Pearson, Designer of House of Pearson
Quinton Pearson’s fashion designing career bloomed in 2014 after his first successful completion of a fashion design course at the Burrows School of Arts. “House of Pearson” became his brand and now a household name in Guyana. He has been creating “Best Gowns” for beauty pageants locally and internationally ever since and also launched a swimwear line called “BOLD”. Quinton is also known for his generous participation in numerous fund raising activities and fashion shows.
His Spring-Summer 2018 collection was viewed at his first International Fashion and Award Ceremony held in Washington DC last June, he was Guyana’s recipient of the Emerging Designer’s Award 2018. Quinton is now preparing for Guyana Fashion Showcase 2019 and looks forward to an amazing event in the coming months. View Gallery
